Each program includes:

  • Physician consultation to determine bridal goals
  • Nutrition consultation and meal plan prepared by registered dietitian
  • Weekly weigh-ins with advanced body composition analysis
  • Food/exercise journal; dietary supplements; pedometer
  • One-hour “Boot Camp” personal training sessions twice a week
